UP ITTC is a technical cooperation project of the University of the Philippines (UP) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The UP ITTC, in its pursuit of excellence and quality service in its operations, has just concluded its initial audit for certification to the ISO 9001:2008 International Standards with ABS Quality Evaluations. It is the first IT training center in the Philippines to be ISO 9001:2008 Certified. This is part of UP ITTC's commitment to be the preferred and leading provider of world-class IT training and services in this part of the world.
